Comments:

An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted on 2-11-20 (ar 08:20 am/dep 11:35 am). The census was 16 upon arrival. A tour of the facility was conducted, required posting were observed, am/pm snack and lunch menu posted, building temperature observed, records were reviewed, water temperature observed in restroom at the rear near the kitchen area. Monitoring documents were reviewed, including fire drills. The acknowledgement form was signed by the director, who was present upon LI's arrival. There were no violations cited. Comments: LI discussed the new regulations that became effective December 29, 2019. Questions and suggestions were made.
