Comments:

An unannounced mandated monitoring inspection was conducted on 2/12/2020. At the time of entrance, there were approximately 27 participants in care and seven staff members present. Four participant records, three staff records and other documentation were reviewed. Reviewed background checks for staff hired after previous inspection conducted on 6/4/19. No medications were administered during the inspection. Activities included exercise, arts & crafts, worship service and breakfast. Interviews were not conducted as the participants? first language is not English and no interpreters were provided. No violations were cited today.
