Comments:

This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate remote protocol, necessary due to a state of emergency health pandemic declared by the Governor of Virginia. A monitoring inspection was initiated on 5/28/2020 and concluded on 5/28/2020. The director was contacted by email to initiate the inspection. There were 0 participants present and 0 staff. The inspector emailed the director a list of items required to complete the inspection. The Inspector reviewed three participant?s records and three staff records submitted by the center to ensure documentation was complete.Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance(s) with applicable standards or law. Violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the facility. The Licensing Inspector has reviewed with the director/person in charge COVID-19 guidance posted on the ADCC webpage. Description:	Center failed to ensure that all staff and volunteers identified in this subsection shall be screened for TB annually. Evidence: Staff #3's most recent TB screening was conducted in October 2017. This is outside of the annual time requirement.
Plan of Correction:	Center Director shall ensure that all staff have a documented TB screening annually.
