Comments:

A renewal inspection was conducted on April 20, 2022 for Central Adult Day Care Center. The licensee was on duty. The licensee/ designated staff member reported that the current census as eighteen (18). The inspector reviewed four (5) participant records, three (03) staff records, activities calendar, and staff schedules, submitted by the facility to ensure documentation was complete. The inspector conducted the building tour with the licensee/designated staff member. An exit interview was conducted with the licensee where findings were reviewed and an opportunity was given for questions, as well as for providing any information or documentation which was not available during the inspection. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
