A monitoring inspection was completed on May 5, 2022, from 1:30p.m. to 2:15 p.m. for Central Adult Day Care Center. During the entrance conference, the designated staff member confirmed the census as twenty two (22) participants in care. The inspector reviewed three (3) participant records, three (3) staff records, training records, schedules, activities, and toured the building. An exit interview was conducted with the licensee on the date of inspection, where findings were reviewed and an opportunity was given for questions, as well as for providing any information or documentation which was not available during the inspection. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
