Discussed Standard 520 regarding documentation of the annual and semi annual review of the Emergency Preparedness Plan.
Center will use the DSS model form for the fire drills.

An unannounced mandated monitoring inspection was conducted on 6/9/2022. At the time of entrance, there were approximately 59 participants in care and 11 staff members present. Eight participant records, four staff records, and other documentation were reviewed. No medications were administered during the inspection. Activities include exercise, arts & crafts, music appreciation, bingo and snack. Interviews were not conducted as the participants' first language is not English and no interpreters were provided.
