Type of inspection: Monitoring An unannounced mandated monitoring inspection conducted on-site on 2-15-2023 (Ar. 08:55 a.m./dep 12:05 p.m.) The facility census was 7 and there were two staff not including the Director present. The morning snack was being served and participants were entering the facility. A review of staff and participants records were conducted, first aid kit check, water temperature and fire and health reports requested. Documentation of training received attended by staff and training timeframe discussed with director. The Acknowledgement of Inspection form was signed and dated. The final exit meeting will be conducted. The evidence gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standard(s) or law. The inspection summary will be posted to the VDSS website should the facility be issued a license to operate. The department's inspection findings are subject to public disclosure.
