Comments:

One licensing inspector conducted a one day unannounced non mandated monitoring inspection at Mountain View Retirement Home on 10/22/2019. The monitoring inspection began at 9:05 pm and concluded at 9:10 pm. The purpose of this inspection was to determine compliance and correction of previously cited violations. A tour of the building was conducted and staff were interviewed. As a result of this inspection, no violations are being cited. An exit meeting was conducted with facility representatives on 10/22/2019.
