A complaint investigation was conducted on 04/19/2022 at The Wybe & Marietje Kroontje Health Care Center on 0419/2022. The allegations being reviewed were resident accommodations and resident rights. Based on a review of the evidence, the complaint was determined to be not valid. No violations are being cited as a result of this complaint investigation. An exit interview was held with the administrator of the facility on 04/19/2022. Please return a signed and dated copy of the summary to the licensing office within 10 calendar days of receipt (04/30/2022).
