Comments:

The licensing inspector (LI) for Kendal at Lexington the Webster Center, in conjunction with another LI, conducted an unannounced focused monitoring inspection on 04/04/2022 from 11:34 am until 12:05 pm to determine correction and compliance with two violations that were cited at the facility's renewal inspection. The LIs reviewed two criminal record reports for two recently hired employees and physician's orders for two residents. Previous violations were reviewed and there are no repeat or additional violations. Findings were reviewed with facility staff during the inspection. An exit interview was conducted with the Administrator on the date of inspection, where findings were reviewed and an opportunity was given for questions, as well as for providing any information or documentation which was not available during the inspection.
