A focused non-mandated, monitoring inspection was initiated on 11/08/2021 at 9:45AM and concluded on 11/08/2021 at 10:58AM to follow-up on high risk violations cited during the facility's renewal inspection. The LI reviewed documentation from the facility's kitchen for residents with special diets and the door to the laundry room located in the facility's memory care unit to ensure that it was locked. The LI and the Resident Care Coordinator had a discussion regarding standard 610-D.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no repeat violations. No violations were issued.
