Comments:

On 7/17/2019 one inspector conducted a complaint investigation (10:05am to 10:45am) alleging there was not enough food in the facility and that unsanitary food practices were occurring. There is plenty of food, and the facility has a generator to keep food supplies cold/frozen. No unsanitary practices were observed. Safe food practices were observed. The kitchen manager and administrator were interviewed, and a partial physical plant tour was done. The kitchen, dining room, and food storage area were observed. There is no evidence to support this allegation, the complaint is not valid/unfounded.
