On 9/19/2019 one inspector conducted a complaint investigation (10:40am to 4:30pm) for a complaint regarding staff conduct. Multiple staff members were interviewed anonymously, and a physical plant tour was done.
No evidence was found to support the complaint allegation, and the complaint is not valid.
