Comments:

A complaint inspection was conducted at the facility on 3/14/2022. A complaint was received by the Department regarding allegations in the areas of Building and Grounds and Resident Care an Related Services. An exit interview was conducted with the Director of Resident Care on the date of the inspection, where findings were reviewed. The evidence gathered during the investigation did not support the allegations of non-compliance with the standards or laws.
