An unannounced renewal inspection was conducted on 7/31/19 by 2 licensing inspectors from approximately 11:00 a.m. - 3:00p.m. The current resident census reported was 61. During the inspection, a tour of the facility was conducted, a sample of 8 resident and 4 staff records were reviewed, facility documentation was reviewed, first aid kit supplies were checked, emergency food and water supplies were reviewed, meal and activity calendars were reviewed, medication pass was observed, medication administration records and physician orders were reviewed, staff and residents were interviewed and no issues or concerns were reported. All new personnel records were reviewed since the last inspection for criminal history record reports and all were in compliance. An exit meeting was held.
