The licensing inspector conducted an unannounced complaint inspection in response to a complaint that was received by the licensing office on 08/20/2019. The inspection was conducted on 08/27/2019 starting at 2:00 p.m. and concluding at 2:35 p.m. Interviews were conducted with staff and residents and resident and staff files were reviewed relating to allegations involving resident care. The preponderance of the evidence gathered during the investigation does not support the allegations, so the complaint is determined to be not valid.
