Comments:

Two licensing inspectors conducted a two day consultation visit on April 26, 2019 and April 30, 2019. The building was observed and measurements made in each room to determine adequate space to modify the current license for additional beds as part of a Memory Care unit. There were some issues noted with the building including the ventilation system. There were staff working on the issue as inspectors were there. Both inspectors returned on Monday April 30, 2019 for a follow up visit. All the issues noted had been repaired. An exit meeting was held with the administrator.
