Comments:

There were no violations identified during this unannounced monitoring inspection. The facility was clean and odor free. The residents indicated they "love" all the remodeling that has been done. Postings were as required and followed. Outside inspections were current as were related drills. Residents were complimentary of the food and the activities that are available to them. They participate in coming up with activities. There have been no complaints related to the facility during this licensing year. Medication carts were clean and in order. Medication was administered as prescribed. Administration will continue to work with staff for consistency in documentation, especially new staff.
