Census 56 Number of records reviewed and interviews conducted- 6 records, 8 interviews. All facility self-reported incidents since the last inspection were reviewed on this date. There was an allegation of too few staff to address the needs of residents in care. The complaint was found to be not valid. There were no violations found during this inspection.
