Census 50 Number of records reviewed and interviews conducted- 3 records, 10 interviews. All facility self-reported incidents since the last inspection were reviewed on this date. There was an allegation of facility failing to address bed bugs throughout the facility. The complaint was determined to be not valid. There were no violations found during this inspection.
