Licensing Inspector (LI) conducted unannounced complaint investigation on 5/23/19 regarding the building and grounds not being kept free of vermin. LI reviewed records of recent pest control findings, observed the building and grounds, and interviewed staff and private duty aides. LI spoke with the Executive Administrator. Complaint regarding the building and grounds not being kept free of vermin is deemed not valid as a preponderance of evidence gathered during the investigation did not support the allegations.
