Comments:

On 05/30/2019 and 06/05/2019 the inspector was on site to conduct the facility's renewal inspection. Based on the census offered ten resident and five staff records were reviewed for compliance. During the inspection a lunch time meal and medication administration pass were observed. A tour of the physical plant revealed no obvious concerns. Interviews were conducted and other facility records were also reviewed for compliance. The inspector also reviewed facility incident reports submitted to the department.
