An unannounced focus inspection was conducted at the facility on 6/10/2019 to follow up on risk violations cited during the 2/27/2019 renewal inspection. Licensing staff reviewed tuberculosis screenings and fist aid/CPR certification for all staff hired since 2/27/2019 and acknowledgement of disclosures along with approval for placement documentation for all resident admitted since 2/27/2019. The facility was found in compliance wit the risk violations.
