An unannounced non-mandated inspection was conducted on 4/15/19 by 2 licensing inspectors, to follow-up on a self-reported incident, with subsequent family concerns reported. After a review of the resident record and facility documentation, it was determined that the facility was compliant with state regulations and the resident care needs were met while residing at the facility.
