An unannounced focused monitoring inspection was completed from 2:45 p.-3:30 p.m. by 2 Licensing Inspectors to follow up on the area of non compliance related to standard 460 B. A review of the documentation was completed. The facility continues to follow the corrective action plan submitted to the department. Self report of fire contained to a laundry room was followed up on. A tour of the area of the physical plant was completed. Residents were observed and interviewed. No problems or concerns noted.
