Comments:

An unannounced 60 day monitoring inspection was completed by 2 Licensing Inspectors from 2:00p.m.-4:00 p.m. The facility has 5 residents in care at this time and 3 residents were on the premises during the inspection. Residents interviewed did not voice any concerns or complaints. A sample size of 2 staff records and 3 resident's records were reviewed for compliance. A tour of the physical plant was completed. Some polices and procedures were reviewed. The Administrator was present on the premises during the inspection. Please call my office if I can be of any assistance.
