An unannounced complaint inspection was completed on June 26, 2019 from 1:46 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. for Elizabeth House Assisted. During the entrance conference, the licensing representative met with the facility's new administrator regarding the nature of the complaint. After the entrance conference, the licensing representative reviewed specific records regarding staff qualifications. Based upon the investigation findings, the complaint's allegations could not be substantiated.
