An unannounced focused monitoring inspection was conducted on 7/8/19 (8:15 AM - 11:00 AM) to follow-up on a high-risk violation that was cited on 5/8/19. Medication administration was observed and facility documentation was reviewed. No violations were cited during the monitoring inspection. An exit meeting was held.
