Technical Assistance was provided regarding the designated staff in charge.

A Representative with the Division of Licensing conducted an unannounced, non-mandated, focused, monitoring inspection on 06/26/2019. At the point of entrance the facility Administrator was not available. The Licensing Inspector conducted a follow up inspection for a previous B2 or higher cited violation. The Licensing inspector observed a tour of the facility physical plant. During the Licensing Inspection the Inspector did not find any repeat violations.
