Comments:

On 7/15/19 Licensing Inspector (LI) conducted unannounced inspection in response to self-reported incidents. Reviewed resident records and conducted staff interviews. The inspection could not be completed today as more interviews are needed. Meet with Administrator and conducted an exit meeting. On 7/17/19 LI completed interviews. Based on the interviews and documentation review adequate systems and actions have already been put in place to prevent future repeat of incident. No violations found and exit interview held.
