On 7/18/2019 one inspector conducted a complaint investigation (10:30am to 11:30am) regarding an allegation that the facility was not providing services to a resident. The resident chart was reviewed, and the resident was interviewed. There is no evidence to support the allegation, so the complaint is not valid/unfounded.
