Comments:

Two licensing inspectors conducted a focused monitoring inspection at Dogwood Crossing Senior Living on July 23, 2019. The inspection started at 10:30 am and concluded at 11:00am. The focus of this inspection was to review previous violations considered high risk and other areas of non-compliance. An exit meeting was held with the administrator on 07/23/2019 and at that time opportunity was given to find items that were not available in records. As a result of this inspection no violations are being cited. The administrator has shown a willingness to comply with standards and quick to address areas of non-compliance.
