Two inspectors completed an unannounced non-mandated focused monitoring inspection at Brookdale Bristol on 08/06/2019. The inspection started at 9:55 am and concluded at 11:29 am. The focus of this inspection was to address allegations made during a facility self-report regarding a staff member taking money and purchasing alcohol for one resident in care. Based staff and resident interviews the facility took immediate action upon discovery of this alleged incident. There are no violations being cited as a result of this inspection.
