Standard #:	22VAC40-73-870-A
Description:	Based on observations as part of a renewal inspection, it was determined the interior the building was not maintained in good repair. Evidence: The hallway on the second floor was in poor repair. A storage room was observed unlocked with liquid cleaning supplies
Plan of Correction:	The second floor hallway is scheduled for a complete remodel. Cleaning supplies are now, and at all times, will remain locked.
