An unannounced complaint visit was completed September 18, 2018,from 2:38 p.m. to 4:17 p.m. Upon arrival the licensing representative met with the administrator. The licensing representative met with the administrator in regards to the alleged allegation of resident care and supervision. Specific records were reviewed based upon the complaint's allegation. Based upon the cumulative documentation , the complaint could not be substantiated.
