An unannounced monitoring inspection was completed for Commonwealth Senior Living at Chesterfield on September 18, 2018, from 2:38 p.m. to 4: 17 p.m. Upon arrival the licensing inspector met with the facility?s administration team in regards to an alleged allegation concerning resident care. After the entrance conference, the licensing representative reviewed specific documents pertaining to the facility?s incident report concerning the level of care provided by the facility and intervention services provided concerning the resident's combative behavior. Staff interviews were conducted concerning the components of the incident report . Based upon the cumulative documentation and interviews, the allegation could not be substantiated.
