An unannounced complaint inspection was conducted in response to a complaint that was received by the licensing office on 7/1/19, regarding resident care and related services. Facility documents were reviewed and an interview was conducted. Additional interviews were conducted after the visit. The complaint was determined to be "not valid," as a preponderance of evidence did not support the allegation. No violations were cited during the inspection.
