An unannounced complaint inspection was completed on August 29, 2019, from 12:53 p.m. to 2:13 p.m. for Commonwealth Senior Living at Chesterfield. Upon arrival the licensing representative met with the administration team during the entrance conference to initiate the complaint investigation concerning resident care. Due to the nature of the complaint specific documents were reviewed and staff interviews were conducted. Based upon the cumulative documentation review, the allegation could not be substantiated.
