An unannounced monitoring non mandated inspection was completed by 2 Licensing staff from 10:00 a.m.-11:00 a.m.to follow up on specific areas of non compliance identified during the renewal inspection. The medication administration records, physician's orders and medications were reviewed. The medication aides licenses were also observed as well as the staff schedule. The facility is following plan of correction submitted to the Department at this time. Please call my office if I can be of any assistance. Thank you for your assistance during this inspection.
