An unannounced renewal inspection was conducted by two licensing inspectors on September 12, 2019 from 11:12 a.m. to 2:15 p.m. A census of 53 residents was reported. The previous violation was reviewed and corrected. The following items were reviewed/observed during the inspection: facility documentation, tour of the facility, sample of 8 resident and 4 staff records, medication pass observation/physician's orders/Medication Administration Records (MARs), resident/staff interviews, first aid kit, emergency food and water supplies, menu, activity schedule, and facility postings.
