An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted at the facility to determine compliance with the Intensive Plan of Correction (IPOC). A daily sign-in log sheet and pre-admission screening form has been put in place, service plans have been updated to include mental health goals, mental health agreements were found for all residents receiving mental health services, and staff is on site during the day. The facility was found in compliance with the IPOC.
