Comments:

This was a focused monitoring inspection conducted by the Licensing Inspector from the Eastern Regional Office on September 23, 2019 from 10:10 am until 11:16 am. There were 28 residents in care. The inspection was conducted to follow-up on violations cited during a previous inspection and to review corrective actions submitted for the Intensive Plan of Correction (IPOC). During the inspection, one resident record was reviewed and one family interview was conducted. There were no new residents admitted since the previous inspection. A review of the building and grounds was conducted. Reviewed documentation for in-services completed with staff to address violations. No violations were cited during this inspection.
