Discussion occurred on the following topics: 1) Ensure all blood pressure and pulse orders include parameters. 2) Facility agreement to be reviewed for additional AG requirements. 3) Mobility refers to movement outside of the facility.

Comments:

The information gathered during this renewal inspection will be reviewed by the licensing administrator. The facility will be notified by mail of their licensing status. An unannounced renewal inspection was conducted by two LIs on 10/04/2019. There were forty residents in care. All required postings were current, as were related drills. The facility was clean and free from any foul odors. Licenses and certifications were reviewed. The September and October medication administration records were reviewed for a selected number of residents. Eight resident, one discharge and 4 staff records were reviewed. A selected portion of four additional staff records were reviewed. There were no violations during this renewal inspection.
