An unannounced monitoring inspection was completed on September 27, 2019, from 3:20 p.m. to 3:52 p.m. for Elizabeth House Assisted Living Facility. Upon arrival the licensing inspector met with the designated staff member on duty and the administrator in order to initiate the entrance conference. The facility reported the census as twenty two (22) residents in care. After the entrance conference, specific items were reviewed during the monitoring inspection regarding prior cited violations. All prior cited violations were corrected per the facility?s plan of corrections. No new violations were cited during this inspection.
