Responding to allegations regarding the lack of resident care and related services the inspector was on site on 09/0, 26/2019 to conduct an investigation. During this complaint investigation resident, staff and other facility records were reviewed for compliance. The facility Administrator and Director of Nursing were both present during this investigation. Based on the review of facility records and interviews conducted, it has been determined that the complaint is not valid. However, based on interviews conducted and the review of facility records the inspector offered technical assistance that could provide guidance with maintaining compliance.
