The licensing inspector was on site at the facility on 09/05, 26/2019 to conduct a monitoring inspection to follow up on previously cited violations. During the entrance interview the Administrator was made aware of the purpose of the inspection. Various areas of compliance was reviewed during the two day focused inspection. Facility staff were receptive to guidance offered by the inspector and those interviewed showed a willingness to maintain consistent compliance. Based on the review of facility records and interviews conducted the facility has corrected previously cited violations and is demonstrating a willingness to maintain substantial compliance.
