On 10/24/2019 one inspector conducted a monitoring visit (12:10pm to 3:05pm) to check the facilities compliance with an Intensive Plan of Correction. The medication management plan was reviewed off site on 11/8/2019. A medication pass was observed, the food service area on the fourth floor and special diet list was checked.
