An unannounced complaint inspection was conducted by two Licensing Representatives on October 2, 2019 from 9:55 a.m. to 1:40 p.m. There were 71 residents in care. The complaint was in regards to concerns surrounding the physical plant. The complaint was not valid. Topics discussed: documenting specific times and names of staff conducting rounds. Notifying regional licensing office when other agencies are notified of an incident.
