On 11/15/2019 a complaint investigation was begun off site with a phone interview of a worker from another agency. On 11/22/2019 one inspector conducted a complaint investigation (2:50PM to 3:10PM) regarding an allegation of staff harming a resident. There is no evidence to support the allegation, neither from the worker from the other agency, or the hospital report.
The complaint is not valid.
