An unannounced renewal inspection was conducted on 11/22/19 by 2 licensing staff from approximately 1:00 p.m. - 4:30 p.m. Previous violations were reviewed and corrected. There are currently 15 residents in care at the facility. During the inspection, a tour of the facility was conducted, a sample of 6 resident and 3 staff records were reviewed, facility documentation was reviewed, facility required postings were reviewed, first aid kit and emergency food/water supplies were reviewed and water temperature was checked.
